Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless bjaff voids it due to a technical error. For live bets placed during a match, odds can change at any moment — the odds displayed at the time of placing your bet are final.

• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• bjaff reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrectly displayed odds.
• The maximum stake per single bet is determined by the sport and market.
• If any leg of a parlay bet is voided, that leg will be counted as odds of 1.00.
• bjaff reserves the right to suspend bets on any event where match-fixing or corruption is suspected.

• Each bonus may only be claimed once — per person, household, or device.
• Bonus wagering requirements are typically 10x to 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount.

• Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Placing artificial bets to meet bonus conditions (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software.
• Using automated bots or scripts to place bets.
• Depositing funds obtained through theft or fraud.
• Colluding with opponents to manipulate outcomes (arbitrage or match fixing).
• Stealing or using another user's account information.
• Using abusive or inappropriate language toward support staff or other members.

Bjaff reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason — especially in cases of Terms & Conditions violations. bjaff's decision regarding the reason for account closure is final.

• You may also request account closure at any time.
• Any pending bets will be settled before your account is closed.
• Any remaining balance will be refunded within 7 business days of the closure request being approved.
• If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any bonus balance will not be refunded.
• Any attempt to open a new account from a cancelled account will also be cancelled.
